• Harvested from the Swimming Pool field at Hope Farm, a low-lying, water-retentive flood plain flanked by two rivers on Grenada’s east coast.
• Distilled between August 3–5, 2021, after a 60-hour fermentation with DistilaMax RM yeast
• Bottled on July 12, 2023, for the U.S. market; only 3,168 bottles produced
