At Denver Wine Merchant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Due to the nature of our products, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for items that are corked, spoiled, or damaged upon arrival.

Examine your bottles upon receipt to ensure there is no visible damage or leakage occurring during transport.

Contact Our Sommelier

If you find a bottle is corked or defective, email our team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Secure the Product

Please keep the original bottle and at least 75% of the liquid inside, as we may require the physical item to process a credit with our distributors.

Refund or Replacement

Once validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide an identical replacement bottle from our cellar.
