Sylvain Pataille is a highly-regarded consulting oenologist who advises over 15 domaines in Burgundy. He produces his own wines with grapes grown in Marsannay. His Certified Organic vineyard, biodynamic practices, and very low sulphur use sets him apart from most Burgundy producers, and that gets him a proud place on our shelves. This wine is not your typical Burgundy and definitely needs some time to open up but once it does, prepare for a strange treat!
