Schönramer Hell is the flagship beer of Private Landbrauerei Schönram and a favorite in the southeastern Alpine foothills. While akin to a Munich Helles, this regional variation is fuller-bodied and more hop-accented. Brewed with a special barley variety, it displays a brilliant, very pale straw-yellow color. The taste begins softly with light acacia notes, evolving into a balanced harmony of hops and malt before concluding with a clean, dry finish and a delicate hop bitterness that simply invites another sip.
