Blanc de Lissart is crafted entirely from Malvasia Moscata, a rare and distinctive clone of Malvasia that shines in this dry, aromatic expression. Handpicked and destemmed, the grapes undergo a cold maceration before fermentation and six months of aging in stainless steel tanks. The result is a wine of remarkable freshness and clarity. On the nose, it offers captivating aromas of orange blossom, white rose, peach, and a hint of sage. The palate is crisp and vibrant with notes of ripe citrus, stone fruits, and florals with a clean, dry finish.
The People
Le Marie is a family-driven estate founded in 2000 by Valerio, with his wife Luigina and their children, Simona and Daniele, now poised to carry forward their family’s winemaking legacy. The team’s dedication to traditional, environmentally conscious farming and their passion for reviving historic grape varieties have brought attention to their small-production wines. Each bottle is an ode to their land, blending history, artistry, and innovation.
