Folk Machine Central Coast Pinot Noir 2023
The Hobo Wine Co. was started by a beer-loving UC Davis Viticulture grad. After traveling a ton, Kenny settled in California and started making wine in 1999 in Sonoma. In 2005, Folk Machine became a thing and made delicious and bright Pinot Noir that use native yeast, are minimally filtered and handled to deliver super aromatic and pretty wines that are a damn good value.
