Espinheira Cherry Liqueur

This swanky Portuguese liqueur is a national favorite. The base is local Aguardente infused with Ginjinha (sour cherries) & sweetened to a reasonable level. Side car of fruit is optional, but already included in bottle if you so choose. Serve with a slight chill or mix it up in a Martinez cocktail.
